We build brands for decades. Every identity we create is designed to function as a permanent asset within the Orevida ecosystem, or as a standalone entity that commands recognition, trust, and premium positioning in any market it enters. **Capabilities:** Brand Architecture, Visual Identity Systems, Brand Positioning, Naming & Verbal Identity, Brand Guidelines, Competitive Analysis, Brand Audits. **Process:** - Discovery: Deep-dive into your market, competitors, and audience to find the positioning gap. - Strategy: Define the brand architecture, personality, and messaging framework. - Identity: Design the visual system: logo, typography, color, and asset library. - Implementation: Roll out across all touchpoints with comprehensive brand guidelines. **Ecosystem advantage:** In-house production capabilities, Orevida Tech for digital platforms, and a network of multi-sectors that can amplify your brand from day one. **FAQ:** - Q: How long does a full rebrand take? A: A complete brand identity project typically takes 6-10 weeks from discovery through to final delivery, depending on scope. Simpler brand refreshes or positioning work can be shorter. - Q: Do you work with startups or only established companies? A: Both. We've built brands from zero and repositioned established companies with decades of history. The key factor is whether you're serious about building a brand that lasts. - Q: What's included in a brand identity project? A: Our standard brand identity deliverables include a wordmark/logo system, typeface selection, colour palette, iconography, brand guidelines, and application templates. Exact scope varies by engagement. - Q: Can you work with our existing brand guidelines? A: Absolutely. We often evolve existing brand systems rather than replacing them. We'll audit what you have, identify what's working, and build from there. --- ## Content Production URL: https://media.orevida.com/services/content-production Content is infrastructure, not decoration. We produce editorial, commercial, and social content at scale, leveraging our in-house production facilities, equipment, and talent to deliver work that standalone agencies simply cannot match on cost or quality. **Capabilities:** Video Production, Photography, Motion Graphics, Podcast & Audio, Editorial Content, Social Media Content, Campaign Creative. **Process:** - Brief: Define objectives, audience, and creative direction. - Pre-Production: Scripting, storyboarding, casting, and logistics planning. - Production: Shoot, record, and capture using our in-house production facilities. - Post-Production: Edit, grade, mix, and deliver final assets across all formats. **Ecosystem advantage:** Direct access to our in-house production infrastructure: professional soundstages, editing suites, and production teams. No external vendor markup. **FAQ:** - Q: What types of content do you produce? A: Video (commercial, social, documentary), photography (editorial, product, lifestyle), motion graphics, podcast production, and written editorial. We handle everything from concept through final delivery. - Q: Do you handle post-production in-house? A: Yes. Editing, color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and final delivery are all done internally through our in-house production team. No outsourcing. - Q: Can you manage ongoing content production? A: Yes. Many clients engage us on a retainer basis for monthly content production, typically 15-50 assets per month depending on channel needs. - Q: What does a typical content shoot look like? A: Most projects involve a 1-4 day production schedule. We handle pre-production (concept, scripting, logistics), the shoot itself, and post-production. You approve at each stage. --- ## Digital Marketing & Paid Media URL: https://media.orevida.com/services/digital-marketing We run performance marketing the way an investment fund runs a portfolio: every dollar is tracked, every channel is measured against real revenue, and underperforming assets are cut without sentiment. Our campaigns are built on Orevida Tech's data infrastructure, giving us analytics depth that external agencies can only approximate. **Capabilities:** Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), Search (Google, Bing), Programmatic Display, Retargeting & CRM, Landing Page Optimization, Attribution & Analytics, Budget Allocation Strategy. **Process:** - Audit: Analyze current spend, channels, and performance baselines. - Architecture: Design the campaign structure, audiences, and creative matrix. - Launch: Deploy campaigns with structured testing methodology. - Optimize: Continuous performance optimization against revenue targets. **Ecosystem advantage:** Orevida Tech provides proprietary analytics and data infrastructure. Our in-house production team produces ad creative at internal rates. **FAQ:** - Q: What platforms do you advertise on? A: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and native advertising. We go where your audience converts. - Q: What's a realistic ROAS to expect? A: It depends on your industry, product, and funnel maturity. Our average client sees 3-5x ROAS after 90 days of optimization, but we'll give you a realistic projection during discovery. - Q: How do you measure success? A: Revenue and pipeline, not impressions, not clicks. We set up proper attribution and track every dollar from ad impression through to closed sale. - Q: Do you require minimum ad spend? A: We recommend a minimum of $5,000/month in ad spend to generate meaningful data and results. Our management fees are separate from media spend. --- ## Social Media Management URL: https://media.orevida.com/services/social-media Social media is the front door of every modern brand. We manage it with the seriousness it deserves, treating every platform as a distribution channel that must justify its investment through measurable business outcomes. Content strategy, community management, and growth, handled end to end. **Capabilities:** Platform Strategy, Content Calendar & Planning, Community Management, Influencer Partnerships, Social Commerce, Analytics & Reporting, Crisis Management. **Process:** - Audit: Evaluate current social presence, audience, and competitive landscape. - Strategy: Define platform priorities, content pillars, and growth targets. - Execute: Daily content creation, publishing, and community engagement. - Report: Monthly performance reviews against business KPIs. **Ecosystem advantage:** Access to Orevida Talent for influencer partnerships and Orevida Events for social activations and content opportunities. **FAQ:** - Q: Which platforms do you manage? We'll recommend the right mix based on where your audience actually spends time. - Q: Do you create the content or do we provide it? A: We create everything: photography, video, graphics, captions, and stories. You approve before it goes live. We never expect clients to produce their own content. - Q: How do you handle community management? A: DM responses, comment moderation, and community engagement are all included. We respond as your brand within agreed-upon guidelines and escalation protocols. - Q: What engagement rate should we expect? A: Industry average is 1-2%. Our managed accounts typically achieve 4-8% within 90 days. Results depend on your industry, audience, and content quality. --- ## PR & Communications URL: https://media.orevida.com/services/pr-communications PR is not press releases. It is the systematic construction of public perception through earned media, thought leadership, and strategic communications. We position brands and founders as authorities in their space, not through hype, but through substance that journalists and audiences actually want to engage with. **Capabilities:** Media Relations, Press Strategy, Thought Leadership, Crisis Communications, Executive Positioning, Event PR, Awards & Recognition. **Process:** - Positioning: Define the narrative, key messages, and target media landscape. - Outreach: Build relationships with relevant journalists, editors, and outlets. - Content: Develop press materials, op-eds, and thought leadership content. - Amplify: Distribute coverage across owned channels and leverage for further opportunities. **Ecosystem advantage:** Cross-promotion across multiple Orevida sectors for earned media opportunities and event PR through Orevida Events. **FAQ:** - Q: How do you get press coverage? A: We build relationships with journalists, craft narratives they actually want to cover, and pitch strategically based on editorial calendars and news hooks. No spray-and-pray press releases. - Q: Can you guarantee media placements? A: No ethical PR firm guarantees placements. We don't control editorial decisions. What we guarantee is a professional strategy, quality materials, and persistent outreach to the right targets. - Q: Do you handle crisis communications? A: Yes. We develop crisis communication plans proactively and can activate rapid response protocols when needed. Prevention is always the priority. - Q: What does a typical PR retainer include? A: Monthly strategy, media monitoring, journalist relationship management, press material development, and a set number of proactive pitches. Exact scope depends on your goals and industry. --- ## Web Design & Development URL: https://media.orevida.com/services/web-design We design and develop websites that perform: fast, accessible, SEO-optimized, and built on modern frameworks that scale. Every site we build runs on the same technology stack powering orevida.com: Next.js, server-side rendering, edge deployment. No WordPress. No page builders. No compromises. **Capabilities:** Website Design, Frontend Development, CMS Integration, E-commerce, Landing Pages, Performance Optimization, SEO Technical Audit. **Process:** - Discovery: Understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements. - Design: Create wireframes, visual design, and interactive prototypes. - Develop: Build on Next.js with server-side rendering and edge optimization. - Launch: Deploy, monitor, and iterate based on real user data. **Ecosystem advantage:** Built by Orevida Tech engineers on the same infrastructure powering the entire Orevida ecosystem. Enterprise-grade reliability at agency pricing. **FAQ:** - Q: What technology stack do you use? A: Next.js (React), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful). Deployed on Vercel or custom infrastructure depending on requirements. - Q: Can you redesign our existing website? A: Yes. We typically rebuild from scratch on modern infrastructure rather than patching legacy systems. The result is faster, more maintainable, and better for SEO. - Q: Do you build e-commerce sites? A: Yes. We work with Shopify (headless), custom e-commerce on Next.js, and can integrate with existing inventory and fulfillment systems. - Q: How long does a website project take? A: A standard marketing site takes 4-8 weeks. E-commerce or complex web applications take 8-16 weeks. We'll scope it precisely during discovery. --- # Case Studies ## Meridian Capital, Investment Management URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/meridian-capital Services: Brand Strategy, Web Design, Investor Materials A rebrand that closed a fund three months early. **Challenge:** Meridian had outgrown their original brand. The visual identity was inconsistent, the website hadn't been updated in four years, and the investor deck looked nothing like the quality of firm they had become. They were approaching a Series B close and needed materials that matched their institutional ambitions. **Approach:** We started with a three-week discovery process, competitive audit, stakeholder interviews, and a brand positioning workshop with the founding partners. From that, we developed a refined visual system: a tighter wordmark, a new typeface pairing, a pared-back colour palette anchored in deep navy and gold. The website was built in Next.js with a Sanity CMS backend, and a secure LP portal with document versioning built in. Every investor touchpoint, from pitch deck to one-pager to NDA, was rebuilt within the new system. **Results:** The rebrand launched six weeks before the Series B close. LP close rate moved from 12% to 31% in the post-launch quarter. The website now averages 3.2 minutes time-on-site from institutional traffic. The fund closed three months ahead of the original schedule. **Results:** 31% LP Close Rate · 84 Brand Assets Delivered · 8 Weeks Delivery Timeline · 3 Mo. Early Fund Close --- ## Solara Wellness, Luxury Wellness URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/solara-wellness Services: Content Production, Social Media, Photography Direction From zero to 18K followers in one quarter. **Challenge:** Solara was a new entrant in a crowded wellness market, three established competitors with 50K+ followings and significant ad budgets. They had a premium product and a beautiful spa, but no digital presence and no content infrastructure. Launch was ten weeks out. **Approach:** We developed a content strategy built on three pillars: ritual, space, and transformation. Rather than competing on generic wellness content, we positioned Solara around the experience of their signature treatments, specific, sensory, distinctive. The photography direction used warm earth tones, extreme texture close-ups, and deliberate negative space. We produced 48 assets in a four-day shoot, built out a 90-day editorial calendar, and took full channel ownership from launch day. **Results:** By the end of Q1, Instagram stood at 18,400 followers with no paid promotion. Organic engagement averaged 6.2%. Spa bookings increased 40% against pre-launch projections, directly attributed by Solara's team to social-driven traffic. **Results:** 18K Instagram Followers · +40% Booking Increase · 48 Assets Produced · 6.2% Avg Engagement --- ## Drift Studios, Independent Music Label URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/drift-studios Services: Brand Identity, PR, Digital Marketing Mixmag. Clash. 11 placements before the first track dropped. **Challenge:** Drift was launching into a genre, experimental electronic, with a small but intensely passionate audience and a press landscape that's notoriously hard to crack without an established track record. The founding artists had credibility but no label identity, no digital infrastructure, and no PR relationships. **Approach:** We built the brand identity first: a stripped-back visual system using a single custom typeface, a monochromatic colour palette, and a modular grid that could flex across vinyl sleeves, digital formats, and physical merch. The PR strategy focused on three targets: Mixmag, Clash, and Resident Advisor. We crafted the narrative around the artists' backgrounds rather than the label, personal stories tend to cut through in music press. The digital campaign used pre-save campaigns, Spotify editorial pitching, and a targeted social rollout timed to each release. **Results:** Eleven press placements secured before the first release, including features in Mixmag and Clash. The launch generated 2.1M impressions across channels in the first 30 days. First release hit 48K streams in the opening week. **Results:** 11 Press Placements · 48K First Week Streams · 2.1M Launch Impressions · ✓ Mixmag Feature --- ## Apex Ventures, Venture Capital URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/apex-ventures Services: Web Design, Brand Strategy, Content A website that became their primary deal-flow driver. **Challenge:** Apex had been operating for three years with a placeholder website. Founders were finding them via introductions, not through any owned digital channel. As they prepared for Fund II, they wanted a digital presence that communicated their investment thesis clearly, showcased portfolio companies, and converted founder interest into deal flow. **Approach:** We treated the website as a conversion asset, not a brochure. The strategy centred on the thesis page, a detailed, long-form articulation of what Apex invests in, why, and what it's like to work with them. That page was designed to rank organically and to resonate with the specific founder profile they wanted to attract. The portfolio section used micro-interactions to reveal company stories. Performance was a primary constraint: we targeted sub-1s LCP and 98+ Lighthouse scores to support SEO. **Results:** Deal flow from inbound digital sources increased 3.2x in the six months after launch. The thesis page ranks on page one for multiple long-tail investment thesis keywords. Lighthouse score: 99 on desktop, 97 on mobile. **Results:** 3.2× Deal Flow Increase · 99 Lighthouse Score · <0.9s LCP · P1 Thesis Page Rank --- ## Nova Collective, Fashion & Lifestyle URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/nova-collective Services: Social Media, Content Production, Influencer Strategy 8.7% engagement rate. Five times the industry average. **Challenge:** Nova had been managing their own social accounts in-house with inconsistent posting, no content strategy, and a 1.2% engagement rate, the industry average for fashion accounts. They wanted to build a genuine community rather than a vanity following, and they wanted to do it without relying on influencer giveaways or follower-purchasing tactics. **Approach:** We restructured the content around the people behind the collective, the designers, the stylists, the community. Instead of product-forward content, we built a content calendar that mixed editorial shoots, behind-the-scenes coverage, community spotlights, and educational content about craft and process. Influencer strategy focused on nano-influencers (5K-25K) with authentic audience relationships rather than macro names with passive followings. **Results:** Six months in, organic reach had grown 280%. Engagement rate climbed from 1.2% to 8.7%. The influencer programme generated 42 authentic endorsements with an average of 4.8% engagement on partner posts. Nova attributed a measurable increase in DTC sales directly to social traffic. **Results:** 8.7% Engagement Rate · +280% Organic Reach · 42 Influencer Partners · 6 Mo. Retainer Length --- ## Harbor Group, Real Estate Development URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/harbor-group Services: Performance Marketing, Analytics, Landing Pages $38M in qualified pipeline. 5.1x ROAS. **Challenge:** Harbor Group was launching three residential towers simultaneously, a complex, high-value product with long sales cycles and a diverse international buyer profile. Their previous agency had achieved a 1.8x ROAS with generic display campaigns and a generic contact form. The cost-per-lead was $1,400. They needed a complete overhaul. **Approach:** We rebuilt the entire funnel from scratch. Landing pages were designed per tower, per buyer profile, and per market, not one-size-fits-all. The media strategy used a combination of Meta, Google, and programmatic placements, with strict audience segmentation by buyer nationality, income indicator, and search intent signals. Lead qualification was built into the funnel itself: multi-step forms with progressive profiling filtered out unqualified inquiries before they reached the sales team. **Results:** Over four months, the campaigns generated $38M in qualified pipeline. ROAS reached 5.1x. Cost-per-lead dropped from $1,400 to $782, a 44% reduction. The sales team reported that lead quality was materially higher than anything they had received from previous campaigns. **Results:** 5.1× ROAS · $38M Qualified Pipeline · -44% Cost Per Lead · 4 Mo. Campaign Duration --- ## Vendo Group, Vending & Automated Retail URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/vendo-group Services: Performance Marketing, Machine Buyer Acquisition, Content Marketing, Lead Generation, CRM Automation €4M in machine sales and recurring revenue. €25K per unit. ~€1,500/mo avg. MRR. **Challenge:** The business had a profitable, scalable model: a €25K machine ownership opportunity generating an average of €1,500/month in passive income for the buyer, with the business handling all maintenance and operations and retaining 60% margin on recurring revenue. But there was no structured way to reach either audience at scale. Machine buyers needed educating, this wasn't a traditional financial investment, it was ownership of a physical asset producing real, recurring cashflow. Site partners, shopping centres, kiosk operators, play centres, and large retail chains, needed a different conversation entirely. Neither had been marketed to systematically before. **Approach:** We built two parallel acquisition systems. For machine buyers, we led with content: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube showing real machines, real locations, and real income numbers. Meta ads drove warm audiences into a webinar funnel that walked prospects through the full model, purchase price, projected average MRR, and exactly how operations worked. From webinar, leads moved into an email nurture sequence, then a sales call, then a live in-person demo at a physical showroom where prospects could see the machine running. Showroom appointments became the key conversion event at a €25K price point, tangible proof that no ad could replicate. The site partner funnel ran separately via LinkedIn and direct outreach, with a pitch centred on foot traffic uplift data and a transparent revenue share model. **Results:** The campaigns generated €4M in combined machine sales and recurring revenue, built on €25K upfront sales and an average of €1,500/month per active machine placement. Machine buyers converted at high rates after in-person showroom appointments. Site agreements were secured with Kaufland, multiple shopping centre groups, kiosk operators, and play centre operators across Germany. The business retained 60% margin on all recurring machine revenue while machine owners earned passive income with zero operational involvement. **Results:** €4M Revenue Generated · €25K Machine Sale Price · ~€1,500 Avg. MRR / Machine · 60% Business MRR Margin --- ## Studio Klee, Lifestyle Retail, Frankfurt URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/studio-klee Services: Local Marketing, Events Strategy, Social Media, Paid Media €50K+ monthly profit. Built on community, content, and recurring events. **Challenge:** The brand had a compelling product and a loyal early customer base but was entirely dependent on walk-in traffic and one-time purchases. Revenue was inconsistent. There was no mechanism to bring customers back, no digital presence worth speaking of, and no way to build a community around the experience the product offered. The potential was clear; the infrastructure to realise it wasn't there. **Approach:** We restructured the revenue model around two pillars: retail and events. For retail, we built a social presence centred on the sensory, shareable quality of the product experience, leaning into the visual and participatory nature of what they sold rather than the product specs. For events, we developed a recurring programme of workshops and group experience sessions that converted one-time visitors into repeat customers with a reason to return. Paid local campaigns on Meta drove traffic to event bookings rather than direct purchase. Google Business Profile was fully optimised for Frankfurt local and gift-category search. Regional micro-influencers were activated for event-based content, not generic product posts. **Results:** Within eight months, the events programme became a standalone revenue stream accounting for 30% of total monthly revenue. Monthly profit exceeded €50,000. The store's Google rating held at 4.9 across 300+ reviews, driven significantly by the events experience. Social following grew from under 500 to 11,000, with the majority attributed to organic sharing by event attendees. **Results:** €50K+ Monthly Profit · 30% Events Revenue Share · 4.9 Google Rating · 11K Social Following --- ## Vela Capital, Investment & Trading URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/vela-capital Services: Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Webinar Funnels, Affiliate Programme, Course Production €1M in copy trading capital. Five revenue streams. Zero industry contacts. **Challenge:** The trader had an exceptional track record managing capital for large, high-ticket investors, but had never marketed to retail audiences. Copy trading offered a compelling opportunity: profit from the same trades he was executing anyway, by letting smaller investors mirror his positions. The challenge was credibility at scale. Retail investors needed educating, reassuring, and converting entirely through digital channels. There were no industry contacts, no warm list, and no existing presence outside of a tight private network. Building trust in a space saturated with scams required a completely different playbook to anything the client had done before. **Approach:** We built the brand around one narrative: a professional trader opening access to his real trading activity, not a product, not a fund, but a live mirror of positions he was already taking. The full revenue architecture was designed upfront: a €1,200 one-time setup fee, a 2/20 management and performance fee structure, broker spread commissions from the volume of new accounts brought to the platform, and platform affiliate commissions of up to 50% of deposits from referred traders. Every channel was built to serve this model simultaneously. Meta and YouTube ads ran to cold audiences, with organic Instagram and LinkedIn running in parallel, all fully managed and automated by us. A webinar series educated prospects on how copy trading works, what the fee structure meant in practice, and how the trader's track record translated into expected returns. We also prepared and produced a full educational course the trader recorded, which served as both a lead magnet and a standalone product. Funnels, email sequences, onboarding flows, and all content were built and operated entirely by our team. **Results:** €1M in committed copy trading capital within six months, from zero retail presence and zero industry contacts. Five revenue streams ran simultaneously from day one: setup fees, management fees, performance fees, broker spread payouts, and platform affiliate commissions of up to 50% of deposits. The copy trading operation added a high-volume, low-friction revenue layer to a trading business that previously only earned from a handful of large investors. The model scaled without any change to the trader's actual workflow. **Results:** €1M Copy Trading Capital · 5 Revenue Streams · Up to 50% Platform Affiliate · €1,200 Setup Fee --- ## Forma Talent, Creator Management URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/forma-talent Services: Brand Strategy, Creator Acquisition, Marketing Systems, Retention Strategy €12M ARR in 14 months. From zero. **Challenge:** The agency had genuine operational capability, they knew how to manage creators and deliver real revenue growth for talent, but had no brand, no inbound pipeline, and no structured acquisition process. They were competing against established agencies with existing rosters, industry relationships, and brand recognition. To win, they needed to out-market the competition, not out-resource them. **Approach:** We built the brand positioning around one thing: documented creator outcomes. Every piece of marketing led with real revenue numbers from their existing talent, because in this space, results are the only currency that matters to prospective creators. A case study library was built from early managed talent and became the primary acquisition asset across all channels. Creator acquisition ran through social advertising, targeted direct outreach, and a referral programme structured to incentivise existing talent. For retention, we built a quarterly performance review system, transparent revenue reporting, and a community layer that tied creator loyalty to the agency rather than individual managers. **Results:** From launch to month 14, the agency reached €12M in annual recurring revenue. The managed creator roster grew from 0 to 80+. Average creator revenue under management increased 3.4x from onboarding to month six. Monthly churn remained below 8% throughout the entire growth period. **Results:** €12M Annual Recurring Rev. · 80+ Creators Managed · 3.4× Avg. Revenue Growth · <8% Monthly Churn --- ## Cascade Commerce, E-Commerce Operations URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/cascade-commerce Services: Performance Marketing, Ad Creative, Marketing Automation, Analytics $400K+ monthly revenue across the portfolio. Runs itself. **Challenge:** The operator had proven the model at small scale but couldn't replicate it. Every new store required the same volume of manual work, product testing, ad setup, creative iteration, supplier coordination, order management, and the team had become the bottleneck. The goal wasn't just revenue growth: it was building a portfolio that could scale without proportional increases in headcount or operational overhead. **Approach:** We separated the work into two phases: scale, then systematise. Phase one focused on identifying winning products and ad formulas per niche through rapid creative testing frameworks on Meta and TikTok. Once a store was profitable and predictable, we moved to phase two: building the automation layer. Supplier integrations, automated order routing, AI-assisted customer service, rule-based ad scaling, and live reporting dashboards were built per store and then templated across the portfolio. The benchmark target was under two hours of manual input per store per week at steady state. **Results:** Multiple stores scaled to six-figure monthly revenue. Combined portfolio revenue peaked above $400K per month. The automation infrastructure reduced operational overhead by 80%. At steady state, the entire portfolio required under 10 hours of combined weekly management time. ROAS across Meta campaigns averaged 4.2x across all active stores. **Results:** $400K+ Peak Portfolio Revenue · 4.2× Avg. ROAS · 80% Overhead Reduction · <10hrs Management Time --- ## Summit Digital, High-Ticket Coaching URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/summit-digital Services: Funnel Strategy, Paid Media, Social Media, Brand Positioning Four clients past six figures a month. One system, four niches. **Challenge:** Each coach had genuine expertise and real client results, but was generating revenue inconsistently, dependent on referrals, occasional viral content, or manual outreach with no repeatable system behind it. None had a predictable acquisition process. The challenge was building infrastructure that could be systematised across different niches while remaining specific enough to speak credibly to each distinct audience. **Approach:** The core acquisition system was consistent across all clients: paid traffic on Meta (YouTube secondary) into a VSL or webinar funnel, then application call, then close. The variables, positioning, content strategy, offer framing, and audience targeting, were tailored per coach and per niche. We developed individual brand identities for each, built out authority content programmes on Instagram and YouTube, and ran paid campaigns to cold audiences targeting niche-specific interest signals. Each funnel was tested and optimised on a 30-day cycle. Where organic content was outperforming expectations, we amplified with dark post promotion rather than changing what was working. **Results:** Four clients exceeded six-figure monthly revenue within their first six months in the programme. The strongest performer reached $180K/month by month eight. Average ROAS across paid spend was 6.8x. Organic content built alongside paid campaigns resulted in combined social audiences exceeding 400K across all clients. **Results:** 4 Clients at 6-Fig/Mo · $180K/mo Peak Single Client · 6.8× Avg. ROAS · 400K+ Combined Social --- ## Prism Analytics, SaaS / Social Media Analytics URL: https://media.orevida.com/work/prism-analytics Services: Product Marketing, Growth Strategy, User Acquisition, Acquisition Preparation Built, scaled, and exited in under four months. **Challenge:** The platform offered genuinely differentiated analytics capabilities that generic social media tools couldn't match, deeper data, more specific insights, and a categorisation approach that gave agencies real signal instead of surface metrics. The challenge was proving traction fast in a space dominated by well-funded incumbents, without an established brand or marketing budget. Speed was everything: the goal was to scale to a defensible position before larger players could respond. **Approach:** We moved fast across every front simultaneously. Product positioning was built entirely around the data advantage, what the platform could surface that nothing else could. Go-to-market targeted agency operators who managed social media talent at scale, using a combination of outbound sequences, a partner access programme, and targeted content on LinkedIn and Twitter/X. The partner programme offered agencies early access in exchange for feedback and testimonials, generating both users and social proof in parallel. Within two months the platform was at six-figure revenue and a recognised presence in the space. **Results:** Built and scaled to six-figure revenue within two months. By month three to four, a larger competitor had identified the platform as a direct threat and approached with an acquisition offer. The exit completed as a full asset purchase, driven entirely by competitive pressure, not by any outreach from our side. The speed of the outcome was the result: from first line of code to completed acquisition in under four months. **Results:** 3-4 Months Time to Exit · 6 Figures Revenue at Exit · Full Acquisition Exit Type · <4 Months Build to Exit ---
