The Brief
The agency had genuine operational capability — they knew how to manage creators and deliver real revenue growth for talent — but had no brand, no inbound pipeline, and no structured acquisition process. They were competing against established agencies with existing rosters, industry relationships, and brand recognition. To win, they needed to out-market the competition, not out-resource them.

How We Did It
We built the brand positioning around one thing: documented creator outcomes. Every piece of marketing led with real revenue numbers from their existing talent — because in this space, results are the only currency that matters to prospective creators. A case study library was built from early managed talent and became the primary acquisition asset across all channels. Creator acquisition ran through social advertising, targeted direct outreach, and a referral programme structured to incentivise existing talent. For retention, we built a quarterly performance review system, transparent revenue reporting, and a community layer that tied creator loyalty to the agency rather than individual managers.

Structured onboarding sequence: strategy session, revenue baseline, 90-day growth plan. Designed to set expectations and deliver a visible win in the first month.
Retention Layer
Quarterly performance reviews, transparent monthly reporting, and a creator community built to create loyalty at the agency level — not just to individual managers.
04 — Results
The Outcome
From launch to month 14, the agency reached €1M in monthly recurring revenue. The managed creator roster grew from 0 to 80+. Average creator revenue under management increased 3.4x from onboarding to month six. Monthly churn remained below 8% throughout the entire growth period.
